Our products
Our items are handcrafted using traditional batik techniques. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in pattern, colour, and finish are natural and part of the product’s character — they are not defects. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
Orders & availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. As many pieces are made in small batches, an item may sell out. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error), and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
- We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal (and PayNow where available), processed securely by our payment providers.
- If a pricing error is found, we will contact you before processing the order.
Shipping & returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Exchanges & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Batik Lifestyle and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batik Lifestyle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
