Every order is packed by hand in Singapore and arrives gift-ready. Here is everything you need to know about rates, timings and tracking.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over S$150. Below that, the shipping cost for your destination is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. They can vary with courier volumes, public holidays and customs clearance.
When will my order be dispatched?
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. As many pieces are made in small batches, we will email you if an item needs a little longer.
How long does delivery take?
- Singapore: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- International: usually 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check progress at any time on our order status page with your order number and email address.
Do I pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. Every order arrives gift-ready, with a story card about the craft behind the piece.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email contact@batiklifestyle.com with your order number and we will work with the courier to track it down.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always do our best to help. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away, before your order is dispatched.
